  2. It's a built-in option to the Linux version of Brave web browser, which is also built on Chrome/Chromium. Right-click on the icon, and you get options for Private mode and Private with TOR. Run a VPN, too, and host your own VPN as well, if you want to VPN to Onion routing to your off-site VPN, so that you aren't exposed to the Onion routers.
