  1. Exactly. You know what's up. So many people frustrate me with how dumb they are. Saying, "we don't have enough houses for a crash" As I once saw someone else say. There's more than one way to get into a car crash. It's the same with a housing crash.

  2.  @realestatemindset  for sure. But 2 months supply at these prices and interest rates is probably equal to an 8 month supply at 2019 prices and rates. I like the way you put it, demand has been exhausted.
