  2.  @Jeff__M  I'm saying 8.5% contingent on the Fed actually stopping the buying of MBS and actually selling the $90million a month they say they will be selling. That adds another layer of risk to banks that have been able to offload bad loans in the past. Nothing says bad loan like a hot rate in a falling market and recession economy.
