There is a house near me that I've been watching. Started at 1M. It took multiple price drops. 2 weeks ago they dropped it to 750k. Then yesterday, they took it off the market. Couldn't even get any interest at a 25% drop from peak. Makes me wonder what it would have had to actually be at, in order to sell.

@realestatemindset it's not vacant. I don't know if they will put it back up for sale. They may not need to sale. But every other house I am watching, are taking price cuts, but they are chasing the decline, none are getting ahead of it. So I don't think they will sale either.

@realestatemindset not many in the >5,000 Sq ft size of house I am watching. There are many more vacant houses in the <3000 Sq ft size houses.

@realestatemindset I think those houses were also more likely to be flips and/or invest properties where people would buy and immediately relist as a higher price.
