  1. I think the foreclosures will just barely be hitting the market in jan/Feb. So if you buy then, there will be even more price suppression after than point in time

  2.  @JC-cf4rs  if the food and energy shortages are as bad as I think they might be, things are gonna get really rough and the home / auto sectors are gonna tank hard.
