  1. Congress has dropped the ball!! When USaid refused to show what they were spending on, they should have immediately lost their budget till they answered to Congress. The same with secret service, FBI, CIA and all federal agencies funded through Congress. These 3 letter agencies and branches of government then will learn who funds their jobs!!!! They answer to congress or lose the ability to function. Congress has given away much control to rogue branches of government. They have become weak in not forcing accountability. Congress has tools, use them, stop letting those you fund, control what you have need to know to continue funding.
