At this stage it is literally just an accusation, no charges, no arrest, no court appearance, no criminal conviction.   5. No that is factually incorrect. Board members to the Reserve are appointed for 14 years and approved by the senate. This is deliberately done to remove any short term political influence. No crime has been committed, no charges laid, no court conviction, zero zip nothing. You are just making stuff up that you read on social media.
