  5. A simple yes or no was all that was required. I have a basic understanding that there is a difference between long term climatic trends and short term weather events, you obviously don’t.

A hot year here or there is no big deal.Record hot year after year after year creates a trend in the weather data that leads to observations that can be made about the climate. If we have cold year one after then you can draw conclusions from that. However a particular cold winter in NSW doesn't mean the average temperature for the entire planet has necessarily cooled and we would have to wait for the data anyway. Also extreme weather events are further evidence of anthropogenic climate change anyway. Crowing on about a particular heavy or even record snow falls in the Snowy is nonsensical. You need to look at the total average and long term trends. There explained for you.

  8. The EDF in France who own and run their Nuclear power plants is 41 billion euros in debt and growing. If only we had another $60 billion of national debt how good would that be.
