  1. Yep let’s give up now. WTF. East coast coal has had over 25% of its capacity offline all year. We still rely on 60% of our energy from coal, so a request from the government to merely supply what is normally expected is in any sensible world a reasonable request. Your suggestion this is coal power that has been switched off or permanently closed is just ignorant or deliberately mischievous.
