Paragraph iii of the proposed amendment clearly stated the parliament will decide the composition, functions, powers, and procedures. You didn’t even take the time to understand or comprehend the question. You stupid dimwit opinion is utterly worthless. The solicitor general and six high court judges agree with my opinion.
