@pointman2021 Yep, fair enough, my bad, "granted" was the wrong word because it wasn't specifically Trump that has immunity from certain Presidental actions it's all presidents. However, those charges have been amended and refiled to take into account the Supreme Courts ruling, so it's not over yet

@PhilipConrad-z7d No factually incorrect and a common myth and for you a misunderstanding of US law and the classification and declassification of documents. A President may request a document to be declassified and there is a process for that to happen. A President can declassify his own personal documents as can the VP. You unfortunately completely misunderstand the fundamental difference between official documents and personal documents. Go and actually read the law.

@PhilipConrad-z7d No you are factually incorrect again. I didn't claim Trump did anything. The DOJ has changed him with various offences relating to US official documents. He may have or may not have. The courts will decide. It has nothing to do with my opinion.

@PhilipConrad-z7d No factually wrong again. I made no mention of Hunter Biden, but yes he has pleaded guilty to numerous tax offences. Trump has also been convicted of numerous offences relating to fraud and loans in a NY court.
