The federal court ruled it is perfectly legal and constitutional to apply conditions to employment. The military have been doing it for years. It is also commonsense if you what to be forklift operator your employer can ask to see your forklift license. Nothing about this is rocket science.

@johnhsmith9207 You once again show a clear lack of knowledge of the Australian electoral system. I had 8 choices on my lower house electorate ticket and the senate ticket contained so many choices I can’t remember how many, but I chose 10. I have no idea what you are talking about “the money system” and doubt you do either.

Steve S on what data are you basing your statement? Please cite the source. How is it a failed analogy? One again the Federal court ruled on this. Employers have a perfectly legal right to place conditions on their employees. Nurses need a nursing degree, Engineers need a an engineering degree, and certain jobs like aged and disability care or the military require vaccination. To argue differently is to go against our constitution and English common law and our own Federal court.

Steve S Absolutely it has finally sunk in. Yes you have exactly that right. I don't accept nor does the scientific and medical community your description of any of the vaccines currently in use in Australia.

@corinnewatts6683 Please cite the legal case where a Federal court ruling on employment conditions has been appealed to a full bench sitting or to the High court? Sometimes the law is just the law and individuals who have no medical training or understanding of vaccines and immunisation just make baseless unsupported claims.

@gdiwolverinemale2745 The Taliban destroyed approximately 30 bushmasters over a period of years.

You are clearly not Australian. In Australia the federal election is run by the Australian Electoral Commission which is wholly independent from government and is legislated as such. Individual cases of voter fraud do happen and these are highlighted and investigated after each election and made public as per the legislation. Take your ridiculous suggestions back to whatever tinpot country you come from.

@tomorrow6 What you talk of is a system by which parties who attract more than 4% of the primary vote are compensated for the expenses in running a political campaign. It is fair and just and rarely do political parties profit from it. Ask Clive.

@tomorrow6 There is nothing stopping the UAP or anyone from spending $100 million on political advertising, oh wait they did, what are you talking about.

so you’re complaining when the public funds political parties (all they have to do is get 4% of the vote) and then complain when private funds are used by millionaires, and offer no workable solution.
