You clearly have little understanding of the disruption to indigenous culture that the colonisation caused.

Your comment displays an unbelievably ignorance of indigenous culture prior to arrival of the first fleet.

@samblack5313 Nice strawman, I suggested nor claimed anything of the sort. Acknowledgement of indigenous culture and the continuing harm that colonisation has caused would be a simple start.
3
@ It is not a matter of genuinely believing anything. The lastest science using DNA and archaeological evidence has aboriginals living in the Kimberly region 60000 +/- 5000 years.

@paulmarshall248 What sort of a dimwit giggles and attempts to diminish someone's culture?
3
@Straya92 Factually incorrect. Property rights and secular laws on individual rights written on clay tablets out of Mesopotamia predate any Judea-christian writings by 600 years.
3
@paulmarshall248 I made no comment about the injustices inflicted on the convicts sent to Australia. These were numerous and well documented. I was commenting on the fact many indigenous people were for numerous reasons isolated from their indigenous culture. Again this is well documented.

@ What a wonderful worldview. Might is right and stuff the rest.
2
@ $800 for a HR course, and you had no other way of getting that money other from the taxpayer?
2
@ OK, first we don’t know who invented the wheel, but it certainly wasn’t the British. Indigenous Australians constructed various forms of housing and there is archaeological evidence of stone structures in Victoria. Indigenous Australians are not the only culture that didn’t move from Neolithic into the Bronze Age. Indigenous Australians constructed numerous types of tools to take advantage of the native flora in producing food. Canoe construction was standard fare in all coastal indigenous communities.

DNA and archaeological evidence from the Kimberly region currently has the indigenous inhabitants on the mainland 60000 +/- 5000 years.
2
@ No, all I stated was the undisputed fact that the first laws we have that are written down on property and murder are from clay tablets and stone etchings from ancient Mesopotamia.
2
@therandomcommenter6629 Again all you have displayed is a mind numbing ignorance of Australian history. Prior to colonisation the indigenous community had a rich tradition of art and dance all with relatively complex rituals, but I understand your attempt to diminish it.
1
@therandomcommenter6629 Yes, thankyou for confirming your ideological stance on remaining as firmly ignorant as possible. Good job.

@ma3stro681 Oh God here we go again on they didn't invent the wheel bandwagon. Tell me who was the British inventor of the wheel? If there is no need for a wheel, there is no need for a wheel. South America cultures managed very nicely without it. I mean do you have any understanding of the complexities of human history? Wheels were mostly a product of agricultural endeavour and the fact Europe and the near East had cattle. So once again indigenous Australians had no use for a wheel, hence it wasn't developed.

@ said with all the authority of white supremacy. Tell me which KKK clan group do you belong to?
1
@ Yes, exactly as the Oxford dictionary describes it. I understand you are dismissive of it in your particularly quaint little white supremacy giggle to yourself.
1
What sort of a moron just dismisses indigenous art and history with a idiotic giggle?
1
@ Give me your details and I’ll send you the $800 to do the course.
1
@Kim-88868 I initially offered to pay for the course myself, but for whatever reason YouTube deleted my comment.

What an unbelievably ignorant understanding of how humans have developed.
