  1. The German armoured capability ground to a halt in WWII because the Allies had destroyed its fossil fuel supplies and infrastructure. WTF is this moron Bond talking about. All infrastructure and fuel supplies be it fossil or electricity would be targeted in a war. What an idiotic comment. This Bond character has his head up his rectum.
