  2.  @harvs4174  Provide the evidence a non disabled person has received a NDIS package. Yes criminal activity has and is taken place. So what? Name me some part of life that is criminal free. The NDIS has a fraud Task force and the AFP have arrested and charged people. Are soe services overcharging, probably, once again the NDIS allows you to change provider. You comment is pointless.
