What weird little fantasy world do you live in that suggests you must have 100% agreement to make a decision or issue a statement.

What is blatantly dishonest and mischievous is to suggest the indigenous community have been deceptive. They have been open and honest from the beginning.

You clearly don't understand at all what you are talking about. Secondly the Constitution can be amended be referendum. Nothing in the Constitution is fixed. It was designed that way. You haven't got one element or fact correct in your entire argument, but of course in your total ignorance you will vote no. That's what frightened people do.
