  1. Well technically no. Australia Day was declared in 1915 and observed on 30 July. In 1935 it was with the states agreement moved to 26 Jan. At the time this caused significant controversy as it was considered Sydney centric. It was not even declared a public holiday till 1996. WTF are you talking about? Did you study any Australian history at school? Your entire comment was factually incorrect.
