No the right to bodily autonomy supersedes everything.

@johnwoodrow8769 Hey that was a good discussion and we even reached a bit of an agreement on things.

@traditionalgirl3943 Noboby has the right to life. Where did you get that from?
1
@traditionalgirl3943 Which god do you refer to? There are at least 2500 known deities.
1
@traditionalgirl3943 Nah, you are not getting away with that. Evidence of your claim beyond all reasonable doubt and proof that the other 1000s of deities don’t exist. Otherwise your claim to right to life is merely grounded in subjective superstition.

@johnwoodrow8769 Then the dumbass legislators need to write precisely in law their intentions. Don’t blame a judge for politicians stupidity.
1
@johnwoodrow8769 You completely misunderstand the function of the judiciary and how the legal system works in a wonderful display of total ignorance.
1
@johnwoodrow8769 You haven’t even got a clue about your own constitution. The 14th amendment clearly guarantees marriage rights, or are you of the opinion that black and white people are not allowed to marry by law? That’s what many of your states laws said. You are just a Luddite.

@johnwoodrow8769 Do you have the memory of a goldfish? You raised the issue of the US constitution not me. So for the memory deficient amongst us, the US constitution was explicitly designed for the three levels of power to work together. The executive, the legislative, and the judiciary. Do I really need to as an Australian explain to an American how their own constitution works?

@johnwoodrow8769 Well said, even if with some overly emotive language. Factually incorrect on one point, the executive doesn’t have any legislative power. It is of course ridiculous to suggest a document written over 200 years ago is also capable of dealing with every circumstance in a modern or future US. To suggest the current Supreme Court is overly politicised is naive in the extreme, it always has been political, and today merely reflects current American politics.
