  3. You misunderstand the impeachment process. He was impeached twice on the evidence. Twice he was found not guilty by the senate. This is not a criminal prosecution it is a political process. The senate found him not guilty not through lack of evidence but that his actions didn’t rise to high crimes or misdemeanours.
