  1. So sections 25, 51(xxiv), and 127 of the original constitution written explicitly to be racist were treating indigenous Australians as equal. Even though section 127 explicitly made Aboriginals non citizens (which was only remedied by the 1967 referendum) you are going with the argument that the constitution has everyone as equals.
