@Design_no well perhaps you can help me out by pointing to the clauses in our constitution that detail the exact workings of how the PM and the cabinet work. While you are at it a reference the detail on how the High Court works. The point is you can't, there is no detail, it was added later via legislation and it is a defeater for this nonsense argument that the detail of the voice is required for a constitutional amendment. The High courts functioning is not detailed in the constitution it is detailed in legislation that followed after the constitution was written.

@KIA-MIA-POW Yes i am not a constitutional expert, however can you reference the clause in the constitution that details explicitly how may judges make up the High Court? I'll help you out it is Chap 3:79. and it states clearly the parliament will prescribe how many judges there will be. Your argument about detail to a voice is just a strawman diversion from whatever you are really concerned about. In future put forward your real concerns not some rubbish argument you know nothing about.
