@sallycent6598 You misunderstand our tax system. Public housing and education are paid for by the GST. Medicare is federally funded, however public hospitals are state funded by the GST and other state tax’s. Welfare is fully a federal responsibility, however Victoria gains income from mining royalties the same as other states. In no way is Victoria relying on the other states for funding. In actual fact GST income from Victoria goes to some of the other states.

@mdelcb9915 Oh for gods sake it was a flippant joke comment not meant to be taken seriously, and you have gone off on some boring political rant in support of your demagogue Trump. Right wingers have absolutely no sense of humour. As if you would put Trump in with any of the despots mentioned.

@mdelcb9915 OMG WTF don't you understand about "it was a flippant remark not meant to be taken seriously" and you are still banging on about your idiotic political rant. Your reply even more emphasises your humourless ultra right wing nutjob politics. Read again it was a flippant joke comment. It was not serious. Holy shit how thick are you?

@mdelcb9915 Holy fuck, god fuck me fuck. Your not wrong. You accuse me of trolling, go off on some ludicrous political rant, and all I did was post a harmless flippant joke.

@sallycent6598 Yes that is a fair and accurate comment. If you check out the CGC you will see federal taxes are fairly evenly spread out between the states except for the NT which gets well above the average tax $ per person.
