You can provide an reasonable alternative without just being opposed to everything for the hell of it.

Nothing is quite as pathetic as deriding the vast majority of free voting public as sick, simply because they have a different opinion to you. Which totalitarian regime do you live in? Nth Korea.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Unsubstantiated conspiracy theory, with no understanding of the Nth Korean regime. Comparisons with the western style democracy displayed in Victoria and the totalitarian regime in Nth Korea are comical in nature and only worthy of derision. What is your evidence of voter fraud in Victoria?
1
@stevelozevski8151 The lockdowns were perfectly legal health orders that were tested in the courts and proven to be constitutionally valid. Comparing Victoria with Nth Korea is ridiculous on every level. You commented on a vote not counting, if you didn't mean voter fraud what did you mean?
1
@stevelozevski8151 Your comments have been deleted as well, must be the same reason according to your logic.
1
@stevelozevski8151 yep straight out wild conspiracy theories one after the other after the other.
1
@stevelozevski8151 I’m sure you can.
1
@stevelozevski8151 The NSW Supreme Court dismissed two legal challenges to health orders. Do your research.
1
@stevelozevski8151 So you have no understanding of the principles of western democracies and the separation of powers. The legislative, the executive, and the judiciary. And we will leave it at that.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Yep an emjoi is at about the correct level of intellectual rigour you have given this topic.
1
@stevelozevski8151 No I fully understand you have no understanding of Western democracy or how it works. Particularly here in Australia. What country do you live in?
1
@stevelozevski8151 And with nothing of substance for you to add we will leave it at that.
1
@stevelozevski8151 So was it obviously misinformed according to your logic. So on your comparison of Nth Korea to Australia I proved you wrong on all counts. I then proved you wrong on health orders as they had been tested in the Supreme Court. You are of course entitled to your own opinion, just don't confuse it with the facts, and we will leave it there.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Once again perfectly legal health orders tested in our courts made it reasonable and constitutional. Was it shit? Absolutely. Did I enjoy it. No. However the data is clear it saved the lives of thousands until we got a vaccine.
1
@stevelozevski8151 I just explained it to you. Answer yes or no. Were the health orders put in place by the states tested and dismissed in the courts? Next are you truly of the opinion that Nth Korea and Australia share the same system of governments and judiciary?
1
@stevelozevski8151 You don't read the comments do you? You stated clearly the health orders were not tested in the courts. That statement was out of your imagination and was demonstrated to be false. I can reference the case law if you truly want to be humiliated.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Read: Challenge to Public health (Covid19 Vaccination of health care workers) order 2021 (NSW) (the Order) the order amended on 29 Sep 2021. In it you will find the senior health officer for NSW was cross examined for a day and half to explain the health orders, once again proving you factually wrong that the public health orders were not fully and publicly explained. You are just factually wrong. But you are entitled to an uniformed opinion.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Too your unsubstantiated claim that the Supreme Court acted corruptly in dismissing the objections to health orders. Your evidence is what. Your imagination again.
1
@stevelozevski8151 In reality you know that comment about Nth Korea is ridiculous hyperbole.
1
Yep you’ve lost it, all sensible reason has left you, best we leave it there.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Where is this story from? Facebook? Twitter? Instagram.? Your imagination?
1
@stevelozevski8151 You have lost all reason. So the High court of Australia unanimously upheld the the Victorian governments health orders. Garner v Victoria (2020) HCA 48. You are just embarrassing yourself. Your opinion is unfounded gibberish. It is just not one states health orders it was all the states health orders. I was using NSW as an example. You should be mature enough to understand you are wrong, admit your error and move on.
1
@stevelozevski8151 I gave you a direct reference to the court case you can read her testimony given under oath in a court of law and subject to perjury. WTF are you on about. You are embarrassing yourself further.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Once again my opinion is irrelevant, the opinion of all the courts in Australia all the way up to the High court was Health orders regarding lockdowns and vaccinations were perfectly legal and democratic. What aren't you getting about this as it has become embarrassing for you.
1
@stevelozevski8151 You are just blabbering incoherent nonsensical rants now. In general yes I agree with the precautions used by the state and federal authorities as it was backed by sound medical and legal advice. Was it a perfect response no, were mistakes made yes. I have no idea where you live, but you need to move where you feel more comfortable and seek some attention. Best we leave it there .
1
@stevelozevski8151 I am specifically speaking only about the laws and health advice in Australia. I have no idea where your head is at but seek medical attention.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Yeah. You have just been deteriorating as this discussion has gone on. Give it away before you hurt yourself.
1
@stevelozevski8151 I have no idea what you are talking about. It is just nonsensical gibberish. You are entitled to your opinion as idiotic and misinformed as it is. Once again no freedoms or constitutional rights were taken away from Australians during the pandemic and our High court said so. Your opinion is factually wrong.
1
@stevelozevski8151 I have remained respectful despite your continued personal slurs. I have only argued against your opinion as stupid as I think it is, I have made no comment about you personally, but after your repeated personal comments you are obviously a dimwit of dubious intellectual capacity. If the best you can do is an emoji its plain you are a total flogbag, beyond all help, Just an idiotic nutjob.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Your a dimwit with a very limited intellectual capacity.
1
@stevelozevski8151 I gave you the reference to the High court case where everyone of your stupid arguments was resolved unanimously in favour of the Victorian government. If you are too stupid to read it it is not my fault.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Read the High court decision you dimwit. The answer unanimously by the High court judges was No.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Once again you moron read the High court decision. The rights you think you had you didn't. It's embarrassing you have so little knowledge of our constitution and its rights. Once again I gave you the details if you are so wilfully ignorant then there is little I can say other than you have no understanding of Australian law. It's like talking to a brick except I think a brick might be useful for something.
1
@stevelozevski8151 And stop with the idiotic strawman arguments. I accepted long ago there were lockdowns and restrictions and health orders. I mean really WTF it's just childish.
1
@stevelozevski8151 OMG how stupid are you. Yes Yes Yes. Read the constitution and read the High courts decision its says exactly that. Do I have to type out the whole summary for you. I mean really this is so embarrassing for you. What level of education did you achieve. I don't normally get this personal but jeez.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Here is the first sentence from the forth paragraph of the High Court summary "The High Court held that no freestanding guarantee of freedom to move wherever one wishes for whatever reason is implicit in the Constitution on any of the three grounds contended for by the plaintiffs." Is it any clearer than that!!!!!!!
1
Look I apologise for the name calling, but this discussion has been so frustrating. I admitt I should not have gotten so personal and ignored your childish barbs. Once again sorry about that.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Thankyou for finally acknowledging that you were completely wrong. Why if you were so ignorant of the constitution and law did you drag out something you had no clue of what you were talking about. Do you really want to discuss the differences in the political systems of Nth Korea and Australia. You have already shown an astonishing inability to mount a coherent argument.
1
@stevelozevski8151 The only sensible thing you have said is the constitution needs changing and to include a bill of rights, but FFS you could have admitted that a lot earlier and saved yourself some shame.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Just because certain rights are not absolute or unlimited doesn't mean we don't live in a democracy. We have regular local, state, and federal elections where you are free to run on a platform of constitutional change. Nobody is stopping you.
1
@stevelozevski8151 WTF I just explained this to you. No you never had those rights. They were no stripped from you. Jeez how hard is this for you to understand. You can't lose something you never had. I never said you had any rights stripped from you. I said health orders were perfectly legal. Again what aren't you getting about this?
1
@stevelozevski8151 What aren't you not getting about this? it was a privilege yes but they are not implicit rights.
1
@stevelozevski8151 You are creating a black and white fallacy. Your question is nonsensical.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Holy $&#@ how simple are you? You are free to move around unless there is a health order preventing you.
1
@stevelozevski8151 OMG I have explained this 50 times. No, under the constitution you have no explicit right of freedom of movement.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Are you simple? There is no implicit right of freedom of movement in our constitution. You may leave your home unless there are extenuating circumstances or in the case of the pandemic, health orders. You are deliberately being obtuse.
1
@stevelozevski8151 So you are being deliberately obtuse. I have answered your questions honestly, accurately, and factually. Move on.
1
@stevelozevski8151 I have answered the question move on.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Your question is an informal fallacy and nonsensical by nature. Demanding a one word answer is illogical and is being deliberately obtuse.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Read my previous answer.
1

1
@stevelozevski8151 So you are being deliberately obtuse. I have answered your questions honestly, accurately, and factually. Move on.
1
@stevelozevski8151 My question to you is how long have you been this intellectually ignorant of argumentation. Always or since birth. One word answer only. See how stupid you sound.
1
@stevelozevski8151 Are you seriously suggesting you have a predetermined line of questions that you already have in your mind the correct answers as you see them. Holy #$^# you must be some sort of weird religious presuppositionist. You are just embarrassed I showed your argument about your rights in Australia to be incorrect.
1
@stevelozevski8151 When were you caught being an idiot in an argument?
1
@stevelozevski8151 I have mocked you enough. Seeya.
1
Good point
