  1. Sorry John your argument is a strawman. A logical fallacy. The constitution does not contain detail. Tell me how many judges does the constitution say sit on the high court? The legislation the parliament passes will contain the detail.

  4. In your opening sentence you display a staggering level of ignorance. A voice has nothing to do with government it is constitutional recognition and a voice to the parliament. Simply put your argument or discussion is a logical fallacy called a non sequitiur and is nonsensical.

  6. ​@Buddy Sections 25, 51 (xxiv), and 127 of the original constitution are examples of direct racism. A voice merely provides constitutional recognition that was denied in the original document. You haven’t got a clue what you are talking about and have attempted to trot out emotionally explosive language to hid your lack of a coherent argument.
