At least 6 constitutional experts have declared a voice is not a third chamber of parliament. Malcolm Turnbull has admitted publicly he was wrong in saying so. You to are factually and demonstrably wrong.

@Design_no I have no idea what stories you are referring to, however if you doubt the legal opinions of George Williams UNSW, Anne Twomey University Sydney, Cheryl Saunders University of Melbourne, Gabrielle Appeleby UNSW, Luck Beck Monash University who all agree a voice can’t be a third chamber feel free to research their legal opinions yourself. I only mention Turnbull as he admitted he was wrong to characterise a voice as a third chamber. It is a factually incorrect statement.

@Prognosis__ while I wouldn’t use the word stolen, the High court in a 6 to 1 majority ruling essentially did say this in the “Mabo” and subsequent “Wik” ruling. The legal means by which we took land “Terra nullius” was proven to be false. This is just historical fact.

@pw3858 Sorry who do you mean by “ OK for him” ? It is the opinion of many that aborigines have a unique place in our history as being the original inhabitants, but to your point about everyone having a say, yeah why not have a even more extensive rewrite of our constitution.
