  1. I have no idea where you got this ludicrously stupid figure from, but the ABS stats from the 2021 census have Chinese origin Australians at 5.5% of the population or 1,390,637. Happy for you to cite a reference for your data, please don’t tell me you just made it up in your head.

  2.  @chrispsackett  So using the SEER only about 270000 of that 1.3 million would by between 18 and 55 and suitable for military service and then half of those are women so now you are down to approximately 135000 and are you seriously suggesting every Chinese Australian would side with China in a war, because that just lacks any commonsense at all. In both WWI and WWII the Australian government used internment camps. Happy to be fact-checked here but I know of no successful or remotely successful insurgency or spying activities conducted in Australia by Australians against Australians. Obviously foreign governments conduct these Operations but I’m happy for you to point out any that have been instigated by Australian citizens.
