Read the original and current constitution. Section 25 explicitly refers to aboriginals. Section 51(xxiv) has been amended but is the part of the constitution which allowed the 1901 immigration act ( the white Australia policy) which again was explicitly racist. And finally section 127 (now deleted) that made aborigines non citizens and denied them any say in our constitution. Our constitution was specifically racist and continues to this day. You haven’t got a clue what you are talking about.

@xoaddearth8028 Through the use of science and published peer reviewed scientific papers we know for a fact that beyond all reasonable doubt the aboriginal has inhabitanted the Australian mainland for 70000 years +/- 5000 years. Your opinion is worthless, actually less than worthless unless you can back it with science. Reference the scientific paper that shows what you are suggesting.

@barryford1482 Factually incorrect. Indigenous Australians were isolated here over 70000 years ago. Yes there was some Indian influence approximately 5000 years ago and this is recorded in the DNA evidence. We have documented archaeological evidence of indigenous people’s occupation in the North West of Australia at approximately 70000 years ago. You are factually and demonstrably wrong. Your argument has been put forward by the likes of Keith Windshuttle in an attempt to discredit indigenous land rights. It completely failed in the High Court. You lost get over it.
