Government spending remains at a 50 year average of GDP, yes business investment is down (your solution is?). Australian electricity prices are the 10th lowest in the OECD, and that claim is just false. I regularly travel on our national highway system, and it is superb. By what measure do you consider it atrocious? Our healthcare system in the envy of the world, by what measure do you consider it second rate? Seems to me you are just parroting skynews talking points without doing your own analysis. Australian warships regularly transit and conduct live fire exercises in the South China Sea, so what has Chinese warships in international waters around Australia got to do with anything? The Labor party made a public commitment to the indigenous people of Australia to listen to and attempt to implement the Uluru statement. This is what the indigenous people wanted. We had a referendum. We got an answer, move on. $350 million was 0.003% of the federal budget in that year. Again it seems to me you actually know nothing and just parrot skynews commentators.
