Factually incorrect. Section 109 only takes effect if there is a conflict. As there is no federal law concerning a voice any state law can’t be in conflict. Just a fact check for you.

@nickheath1927 No you dont understand, we had a referendum and a clear majority voted against a constitutional enshrined voice. There is no federal legislation in place stopping state based voices. Your comment was just plain wrong on any level.

You can’t because it doesn’t exsit. A referendum result is not legislation. You are fundamentally misunderstanding popular opinion, political will, and legislation. It is as if you literally haven’t got a clue how our federation works. Are you even Australian?
