Technically incorrect. In Afghanistan the tasks our SAS were carrying out were being done by standard troops from other countries. The failures and errors in Afghanistan were created by our leaders insisting on repeated deployments of a small group. The effort should have been more widely shed.

@GLEN-ys7qt I worked with and supported our Special Forces and no better soldiers exsits. As group I’ll defend any actions they take, on the understanding that some individuals failed expectations.

@B61Mod12 Hundreds if not thousands of German and Japanese low level officers and soldiers were tried and convicted of war crimes.
