  5.  @ridetillidieharleyyamaha4063  Well you expressed a view that suggested you didn't. Your personal circumstances are of no interest to me and are anecdotal so fallacious in discussion. Queensland police officers by law are permitted to carry firearms and under the police and responsibility act 2000 are allowed for numerous reasons to enter locked private property so again I don't think you do understand Queensland law. Land rights is a particularly unfortunate if not down right criminal activity that saw the indigenous people of Australia lose vast amounts of land and thier culture. To a certain extent Mabo and Wik and the subsequent legislation went someway to fixing this issue, but little if nothing can make up for 244 years of disposition. I hope constitutional recognition and voice will go further. It has my vote.

So unless you are licensed to carry a firearm ie security, law enforcement, military, if you go to someone’s home with a firearm you are almost certainly breaking a law and so you would be arrested. You seem to have absolutely no understanding of Queensland law or Australian culture. As previously explained Queensland police are by law allowed and by procedure required to carry a firearm.
