That is a complete falsehood. You either don’t know your bible or are deliberately being misleading. The actual quote is “Sensible thoughts lead you to do right; (as is morally correct) foolish thoughts lead you to do wrong. This would have to be one of the most dishonest attempts by a Christian to use the bible in a political debate. Shame on you, off to confession.

I’m waiting, but all I hear is nonsensical jibberish spewing out of the Skynews commentary team.

@kacey6490 A simple “yeah I got that wrong” would have been the appropriate response.

@arintheseatsesh6242 LMAO. My son is a prepper and has all the gear, loves getting out in the bush with his family. When the grid collapses I suppose I hope he will take me in. I'm still a good shot with both rifle and pistol, and know how to sight a claymore so I'll be okay, just remember to keep your EDC handy.

The correct quote from Ecclesiastes 10:2 is. Sensible thoughts lead you to do right; foolish thoughts lead you to do wrong. A completely different and the correct meaning of the word of god. Kacey64 false quote was deliberately misleading.

@kacey6490 No I was taking the piss out of a laughable attempt by yourself at moral authority with a total stuff up of a biblical quote. How in any way is me pointing out a stupid error makes me left, right, or anything?
1
@kacey6490 No your biblical quote was demonstrated to be false, no opinion about it, and we will leave it at that.
1
@kacey6490 it was not opinion you incorrectly quoted a biblical text in an attempt to lie and got caught. And we will leave it there.
1
@kacey6490 initially I just thought you were mistaken or had miss read the text, but your continued responses show you deliberately were being deceptive. Why? to what end? Are you unable to think critically? Do you lack a moral compass?
1
@kacey6490 How is exposing your deliberate , false, and mischievous use of bible text, hypocritical? It is a nonsensical statement.
1
@kacey6490 I have been totally respectful. Pointing out your falsehoods is in no way ungodly.
1
@kacey6490 Repeating a bible quote that is demonstratively wrong will achieve what?
1
@kacey6490 Well I do apologise as my bible which is a Contemporary English version has the text I quoted and your text is from the New International version as stated and is correct. The lesson I would draw here is don't use bible quotes out of context as Ecclesiastes 9 and 10 is talking about wisdom. It was most definitely not talking about the left and right of politics.

As evidenced by Dougs reply civility has left the discussion. I thought you made some good points and I would add you don’t necessarily need a centre because each side is going to right or wrong sometimes it is the just nature of the discussion which doesn’t need anyone to call a you foolish, be respectful, you don’t have to agree. Apparently Doug has all the answers and we have to listen to him. So Doug why are we here?

@b.alexanderjohnstone9774 You do understand the irony of your remark. You are on a privately owned platform that you agreed to abide by its conditions of service when you signed up.

@wilburgraham6260 Actually I find the terms and conditions on the youtube website quite clear and easy the navigate.
