  3. @polarbear7255 Oh yes you can, that is exactly what the LCOE formulas do. Is it the only measure, no, did I say it was, no. I asked for evidence of the original unsubstantiated claim. All you have done is unnecessarily create an idiotic strawman. I never mentioned dispatchability. The original comment was specifically targeting cost. You don't need to do your homework, you just need to learn to read.
