  3.  @jamesmartello1  No you are wrong. General Molan as an Australian general was placed into the American command structure during the War/insurgency in Iraq. He was in chief of operations under General Casey around 2004 2005. Two minutes of research on the internet and you would have found this to be factually correct. Secondly I was clearly referring to casualties during the Iraq war/insurgency not all of Americas wars.
