  2.  @jmcham1000  The EDA of Tasmania website has nominal GRP at just over $20 billion in 2008 and current nominal GRP at $38 billion. For me that's near enough 80% growth in approximately the time frame you are talking about. Tasmania has an ageing population and the healthcare and social assistance sectors has been required to grow to accommodate this trend.
