Please just so I understand what did Clinton do and what has Biden done? That you feel is worse. Secondly you do understand that it is not a Defence to a criminal act that someone else did it to.

You misunderstand the Presidential act, which relates to his own personal documents not publicly owned classified documents. You need to read more and comment less.

@aussiegrandpa Trump hasn't been charged under the PRA. The FBI don't give a rats arse about his personal documents. It is classified documents that were never his property in the first place that he has been charged with illegaly possessing. The PRA has nothing to do with these indictments.
