  1. That would be fine if we had a level playing field. In practice any rudimentary understanding of the data shows a clear bias against indigenous people and the statistics back this up. On any measure Indigenous people significantly lag behind the general population on everything from home ownership to health, from employment to education. Yes there should be no discrimination but clearly there is.
