  2. @actualfacts1055  Yes the disability sector has a high churn of workers. Caring for severely disabled people is an extremely challenging environment, not everyone is able to do it. Pay has improved but it still only very average. To earn a decent income you need to work long hours with overtime.

  4. This NDIS was designed to care for all people with disabilities not just the severe. To suggest it is a waste of money is to suggest a person with a disability is less deserving of quality of life than a normal person. I appreciate this is your opinion, but your opinion lacks basic human empathy.
