All LCOE studies have nuclear power significantly more expensive than wind and solar. I cite the last LAZARDs LCOE study. An argument that infrastructure to produce electricity is limited in its life span is illogical and pointless as all infrastructure needs constant maintenance be it nuclear, coal, gas, or wind. Once again LCOE studies confirm wind and solar do this significantly cheaper than fossil fuels and nuclear. You point about dispatch ability is correct, however there are solutions around this using excess capacity, storage, and hydro. On a final note if you research the nuclear industries in France and the US you will find both are heavily subsidised by government funds to make them economically viable. In fact the total amount of MWh produced by nuclear has decreased in the last 10 years.
