  2.  @slimlinebond  I understand your supply and demand point about migration (which could easily be fixed by building more homes) but how does federal government spending (which I concede can be inflationary) directly effect housing prices? And if you think this is the case then why isn’t the 9 years of surplus budgets under the LNP governments also a significant contributing factor?
