I’m not sure you have any understanding of Australian history or our constitution which are full of race based laws none of which you seem concerned about when they favoured you. Secondly a treaty negotiated by a Federal government has absolutely nothing to do with a referendum on a voice as although related to indigenous people they are two entirely separate ideas. No referendum is required for a treaty, all that is required is parliamentary consensus. A constitutionally enshrined advisory body is not repeat not a race based law it is simply acknowledgment of indigenous prior occupation of Australia.
