Nice comment Mick. It was the indigenous community who through the Uluṟu statement asked Australia to engage with them. We rejected that request.

@hochung5046 A completely unsubstantiated claim, nonsensical and illogical. You provided no evidence of your claim and is dismissed as nonsense. There was no racial element to the voice. All the indigenous people asked for was constitutional recognition via an advisory body. As the original habitats of Australia they were denied any input into the writing of our constitution as evidenced by the reading of the documents associated with the debates, discussions, and referendum conducted prior to Federation in 1901. A advisory body was a very modest request. Australia spat in their face. I’m not sure you even have the basics of Australian history, are you American as well?
