  1. Firstly for all those commenting here. The constitution as it stands now is explicitly racist in that is specifically denied Indigenous peoples a voice at federation by denying them a vote and making them noncitizens. There was no input allowed whatsoever of indigenous peoples in any of the debates, consultations or referendums that made up the formation of this country. If you are unable to understand this go to a library and read some Australian history.
