The explanation is two high court judges and at least 6 constitutional law experts and law professors have explicitly stated a voice confers no special privilege and takes no power away from anyone. Your comment is illogical nonsense.

@Want0nS0up I have an ex Chief Justice of the high court and a string of law professors who say it isn’t. I see nothing in the wording of the referendum question or the constitutional amendment that is even remotely racist. All you have is an unsubstantiated nonsensical claim for which you provide no evidence. Do you seriously think in a discussion that a unsubstantiated claim that I support racism has any weight or legitimacy.
