@johnsmith-fz5pz Yeah that’s right. Last time I was at a day centre for the disabled I was surprised by the amount of Maseratis and Ferraris that the workers were driving. One of them asked me to spend the weekend on their super yacht. One disabled worker complained they were sick of eating waygu steak night after night. An absolute rort.

@davidhales8799 Again, provide the evidence for your unsubstantiated claim.

What you are describing is criminal behaviour. Report the exact details to the NDIS fraud taskforce. Those people are stealing your tax dollars. Or more than likely you are just throwing around unsubstantiated rumours.

As i thought mindless idiotic allegations without a shred of evidence. Typical muck throwing RWNJs.

Give me your mates name and details and I will report them to the NDIS fraud taskforce. What you have described is criminal behaviour and you are obligated to report it to the police. It is fraud. It is of course more likely just an unsubstantiated story somebody heard in a pub after a beer or two. Put up or shut up.

@Ben I have a a quite extensive knowledge of the NDIS not that my argument is based on personal experience which clearly yours is, making your argument anecdotal and fallacious. That's the best you have get out into the community, maybe you could get your head out of your lower colon.

@paulkerr782 Really anecdotal evidence. That's what you are resting your case on. If he works as a carer in the industry then it is on him to immediately report any instance of alleged fraud. It is not fraud for a provider to charge for a service.

@Ben That's your argument anecdotal evidence which is fallacious. Not a shred of specific evidence just an unsubstantiated claim. Come to Sydney I have a bridge to sell you.

@Ben No not invalid, and they can be real and not indispute at all, they are just fallacious in argumentation. I don't in any way dispute there are instances of fraud and dishonesty in the NDIS the same as there is in Defence, Education, Health, Medicare, welfare, and just about every other human endeavour including all manner of business both private and public. The NDIS has a fraud Task force could it be better resourced? Probably. Do we do anyway with our Defence force because a contractor takes advantage of a defence project?

@Ben So my daughter is about to go on her first holiday in since 2019 when she came to Darwin for a weekend with a carer to participate in a medal presentation ceremony. Short of that it was when she lived with us maybe 8 or 9 years ago. Tonight I checked the details of her NDIS package and only funds for care have been included. No travel or accommodation costs for the carer and my daughter has paid out of her own money all her travel, accommodation and living expenses. What does this prove. Absolutely nothing, as all it is, is my own personal experience, and I wouldn't use my personal experience in argumentation least of all use a third parties. It is fallacious nonsense.
