Some states have laws about criminality and public office holders, and this is obviously where you are mistaken. Trump famously stated that he could murder someone and people would still vote for him. Clearly in your case this is completely true.

  4. Your memory is obviously flawed. Clinton didn’t pay off Yates in a back ally deal with alleged campaign money. She won a settlement for sexual harassment in an open out of court arrangement where she promised not to lodge any further appeals, and he used his own money.
