  2. Utter crap. As part of each NDIS package there is a explicit element for administration. Not a cent more or less. You can choose to self administer your package. You haven’t got clue what you are talking about

  3. Ridiculous stupid rubbish. The service provider has no doubt leased of purchased the property and the client pays market rent. You clearly have no idea of how the system works. Next the client would have a mobility element of their package. This then would be spent to offset the cost of leasing the specialist vehicle. The NDIS does not pay for the purchase of vehicles, but does pay for the customisation, providing the vehicle is less than 5 years old. You haven’t got a clue what you are talking about.

  4. It is actually fraud for a NDIS participant to purchase a vehicle with NDIS funds. Name the person and provide an address and I will ensure they are investigated and prosecuted by the NDIS fraud taskforce. What you have described is criminal behaviour.
