  3. While not disagreeing with you, $4.1billion was immediately spent on Long range munitions for the Navy and PGW for the Airforce . The Army I did indeed have a reduction IFV but did pick up a long range artillery rocket system. Overall the budget wasn’t reduced but re-allocated.
