OMG research the Adani owned Carmichael coal mine in central Queensland. It has been operating and exporting coal since 2019. WTF are you on? I want some of it.
1
@info88w11 WTF do you have to go to Charters Towers yourself to actually see the mine in operation. Spend the money book the flight.
1
@info88w11 Dorian Shades of Grey didn't though. He had since edited his comment in an attempt to not make himself look like a tool, and I'm not sure I believe your attempted backflip either.
1
@info88w11 Not very original but I'm sure your defence of Dorian and his shades of grey backflip on the Adani mine has his anal area well and truly kissed by your lips.
1
@info88w11 Nice homophobic rant. Which white supremacist group do you belong too? The Christian Nationalists.
1
@info88w11 LMFAO of course you are, and I'm National Party member, Barnaby Joyce loving right wing voting conservative. You so crack me up. Do you have a regular gig at a comedy club were I could see you perform?
1
@info88w11 I'm not sure what your preoccupation about World pride day and the gay Mardi gra have to do with coal mining leases in central Queensland, but it is as funny as all hell. Keep that comedy gold coming.
1
@info88w11 comedy gold, keep them coming. Boring for coal in high heels, best one liner so far.
1
@info88w11 That float would undoubtedly win 🥇 the gold medal as best float. Just superb LMAO, funny as hell.
1
@info88w11 Your rapier like wit is just too much for me.
1
@info88w11 How did you know my address, it's like you have a sixth sense into the world of gaydom. Man you crack me up.

And yet coal exports by tonnage are surging ahead. Significantly increasing since the federal LNP government sent them backwards. Go figure
1
And yet both metallurgical and thermal coal exports are surging ahead at significant increases since the change of federal government. Go figure

Actually Flannery is a paleontologist by trade. His expertise is not in climate science or weather predictions. He is not an expert in Climate and I don’t understand why you would think so. Oh that’s right because you think creating a nonsensical strawman aides your argument. It doesn’t it just makes you look foolish.
1
@laurendeaves376 Right so you have taken the word of one scientist who is no an expert in weather or climate an used that one person opinion to suggest decisions were made based on that one opinion. What utter rubbish. Just provide one piece of evidence. Produce one published peer reviewed scientific paper that supports your ludicrous claim. Governments are held accountable at elections for policy decisions. You haven't got a clue what you are talking about. Your argument is the very definition of a strawman fallacy.
1
@user-rc4nw6xy5p Produce a published peer reviewed scientific paper that claimed it would never snow in the Australian Alps ever again. If you were so stupid to believe a palaeontologist with no expertise in weather or climate and then blame them for denying anthropogenic climate change then that is the very definition of a strawman argument and is 100% fallacious and makes your entire comment illogical nonsense.
1
@Poorlineforeva Lauren conveniently leaves out parts of Flannerys quotes where he also says unless things change, but it doesn't matter she uses one extreme example to create a strawman argument to deny climate change. It is a classic example and a totally fallacious argument completely nonsensical. When called out to provide scientific evidence she has nothing.
1
@laurendeaves376 A demonstrably proven strawman.

@johncorlett3699 This myth of people purchasing property on the ocean has been completely debunked. Read the scientific papers on sea level rise, which had been 22.5 cm on average over the last century or so. It will be hundreds of years before land is completely inundated. Your argument is the typical strawman, illogical, nonsensical, and totally pointless. I can reference and cite numerous published peer reviewed scientific papers that confirm beyond all reasonable doubt the ocean level has risen significantly since the industrial revolution. It is the overwhelming scientific opinion that this rise has been caused by unnatural ice melt and rise in ocean temperatures due to the warming effect on the atmosphere by excessive amounts of CO2 caused by burning fossil fuels. It's just basic science.
