You do realise it was Trump who negotiated the withdrawal in Feb 20 with the enemy. He then reduced the troop level from 16000 to 2500. He then forced the Afgan government to release 5000 Taliban detainees. All of that was Republican Party policy. Is your memory 2 minutes long?
